« We think the Nike Zoom Mamba 6 is a great choice for beginners or runners looking for a tough, all-season spike. In our lab tests and on the track, we were impressed by its super-light feel, flexible ride, and strong lockdown. The design feels race-ready but still forgiving enough for workouts. However, since there’s no ZoomX foam underfoot, the ride felt a bit flat—making us wonder if this spike might be leaving a few seconds on the table. »
