« We think the Nike Downshifter 13 is one of the top budget-friendly running shoes for beginners. We were particularly impressed by its affordable price, solid durability, and breathable upper, which make it a standout in this price range. While it falls a bit short in energy return, grip, and forefoot stack height, we still believe it offers incredible value at just $75. »
