« The New Balance Fresh Foam X 860 v15 breaks away from the traditional stability-shoe formula and leans heavily toward comfort. We were impressed by the plush foam, the upgraded upper, and the strong traction, all of which make the shoe feel more premium than previous versions. The support is present, but it never dominates the experience, making the shoe appealing even to runners who usually avoid stability models. It's undeniably heavy, and that limits its appeal for faster running, but we think that the many upgrades make this version much easier to recommend than its predecessor. »
