« With 21 editions under its belt, the Mizuno Wave Inspire has earned its place as a value-oriented, support-packed trainer for everyday runs. In our tests, we discovered that its partial plate, rugged outsole, and high drop offer excellent control and durability for heel strikers. However, it’s not ideal for those wanting a lightweight feel or favoring a midfoot-first stride. »
