We found in the lab that ASICS upgraded it with a better foam, more cushioning, and an even more premium-feeling upper while preserving its impressively stable ride. The added weight and snug forefoot won't suit every runner, but we think those are reasonable trade-offs for what is still one of the easiest budget-friendly daily trainers to recommend. »
