« The adidas Response 2 surprised us with how comfortable a budget shoe can feel. We found in the lab that its soft midsole, generous cushioning, and broad platform create an ideal setup for everyday running. We also really liked the roomy fit, especially for those who often struggle with narrow shoes. However, the shoe feels far from fast, and its rigid construction won't suit everyone. In our view, it performs best when the goal is simple: easy miles, steady comfort, and keeping your spending under control. »
